The Township Clerk maintains the records of the Township as the secretary of the township board. The clerk must certify signatures on certain documents, keep an accurate record of all meetings and is responsible for publishing notices and ordinances of the Township. The Clerk also serves as the Chief Election Official of the Township and works with the County Clerk's office in this capacity.
